Children Under 13 Years of Age

Our website is not designed nor intended for children or minors. Furthermore, our website is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 and if we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 we will delete that information. Our website and its entire contents, features, and functionality is supported and protected by copyright. Our property includes the MediDoc Pro name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans. No one may use such marks without prior written permission.  

Unless otherwise noted, our website and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by us and such material are protected by all applicable United States and international copyright, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

MediDoc Pro may provide products with links to copyrighted material. These links serve as a convenience and for business purposes.  They do not constitute a guarantee, endorsement, or approval by MediDoc Pro of any of the information available on these external websites. MediDoc Pro bears no responsibility for the accuracy, legality, or content of the external site or for subsequent links. 

These Terms of Use permit individual users to use our website for their personal, non-commercial use only. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our website, except as follows:

• Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials;

Authorized Access

Our website may be accessed by anyone, subject to the terms of this agreement; however, some areas of our website may only be accessed by paying Members, Prospective Members, or our community partners; such as healthcare providers. Only registrants, prospective registrants and/or community partners or healthcare providers with a legitimate need to know information; may scan a Member’s QR code, request documents, enter passwords, PIN numbers, source codes, identification data, etc., or view any information typically and properly accessed through those web pages.

MediDoc Pro may authorize individuals to access any data on its website.  All authorized individuals are subject to confidentiality agreements that meet the standards of the industry. Access to any portion of this site in excess of the authority provided herein is a violation of federal criminal law and gives rise to civil liability.

We may terminate your access to the website or any part of it at any time with or without notice, in our sole discretion.

Automated search software, ‘bots such as spiders and other robotic agents are limited in their authority to access this site. These limits are described below and in the associated Robot Exclusion Standards contained on this site.

• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of our website, or which, as determined by us, may harm MediDoc Pro or Members or expose them to liability.

Additionally, you agree not to:

• Use our website in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair our site or interfere with any other party’s use of our website, including their ability to engage in real time activities through our website;
• Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access our website for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on our website;

We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of repeat infringers that upload any materials alleged to violate the CDA and/or DMCA into our library.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Arbitration

You and We agree to arbitrate all disputes on an individual (non-class) basis in the State of Florida, specifically located in the City of Tampa and/or Hillsborough County. 

Arbitration means the case will be decided by a private arbitrator. The arbitrator will apply the Federal Arbitration Act (“FAA”). 

At our sole discretion we may require you to submit any disputes arising from these Terms of Use or use of our website, including disputes arising from or concerning their interpretation, violation, invalidity, non-performance, or termination, to final and binding arbitration under the Rules of Arbitration of the American Arbitration Association applying Federal and state laws.
